Conn-Selmer is Proud to Announce Selmers 40 Series Saxophone Line Expansion

The Selmer 40 Series Saxophone Line is growing, with the addition of Tenor saxophones to the line. Also, Alto and Tenor now have black nickel and silver-plated finishes.

Selmer 40 Series Addition Press Release “The 40 Series Alto has been a tremendous success,” stated Robert Lichty, Woodwind Category Manager at Conn-Selmer, Inc.  He added, “It garners praise from professional players as an excellent horn, at a great price. The demand for a Tenor saxophone has been great. We are launching the 40 Series Tenor with other finishes to meet the market demands.”

The 40 Series saxophones from Conn-Selmer, Inc. are a first ever collaboration between Henri Selmer Paris and Selmer USA. All the horns feature a custom designed and manufactured Henri Selmer Paris neck and mouthpiece, along with a feature filled body that responds at a top performance level. The black nickel and silver-plated versions both feature a silver-plated Henri Selmer Paris neck.  MSRP on the 40 Series ranges from $4,043 to $4,750.
